Delivery

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. If you provide an incorrect address or if you have moved, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues. Please check your order confirmation email and contact us immediately at stranger@strangerpages.com if any changes need to be made. Any additional taxes and fees, such as import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international customers may be liable for customs and duty charges.

UK: Standard (3-7 days) £5.00, Express (1-2 days) £10.00, Collection Free
EU: Standard (3-7 days) £7.00
US: Standard (6-7 days) £6.00
World: Standard (6-7 days) £15.00

 

Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. Before sending an item back, please email us to request a returns form, which must be completed and included in the package when returning the item.

All returned items must be in perfect condition and include all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. In the unlikely event that you find a defect with the product, please let us know. Refunds will not be issued for items that are broken or damaged by the customer. Items must be returned in perfect resalable condition, except where faulty. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the goods are confirmed to be faulty.

Once the item(s) arrive back in the required condition, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.
